Sharing a document with my practitioner

Ultima modifica

To help practitioners prepare for your appointment, or to have the information they need for your examination, you can share documents with them in advance of your consultation. The types of documents you share can be test results, X-rays, past prescriptions, referral letters from another practitioner or your health insurance card.

To remember

  • Document sharing is possible up to appointment time (not possible after appointment time);
  • Shared documents are added to the My Documents section and can be selected at a later date to be assigned to an appointment;
  • To share a document with a minor relative, the procedure remains identical;
  • Make sure you have enabled end-to-end encryption for your documents and your My Documents page.
