Caution

For confidentiality reasons, you have 48 hours to create your patient account from the document-sharing email, using the same contact details as those communicated to the practice: same telephone number and email address. After this period, you will no longer have access to the document(s), and you will have to contact your practitioner again to ask him/her to share the document(s) with you.

Unable to access shared document(s)
  • If the document is unreadable, this means that it has been saved in the wrong format by the practitioner's office. You will need to contact the practice directly, by telephone, to request a new shipment in a readable format;
  • If you have not received an e-mail indicating that a document has been shared and/or if the document does not exist in the "My appointments" section of your account, this means that the practitioner's office has not shared it with you. You will need to contact the practice directly, by telephone, to request that the document be sent to you. Make sure that the practice has the e-mail address and telephone number associated with your account, so that sharing works;
  • If the appointment to which the document is attached has been deleted from the practitioner's calendar (by mistake or for a reason specific to the practice), the document is no longer shared. You will need to contact the practice directly, by telephone, to request a new share.
Verify email address to access document(s)

For security reasons, it is necessary to validate your email address in order to consult documents sent by your practitioner(s). This is why we invite you to check your email address using the email sent to your inbox entitled "Your Doctolib account - validating your email address". If you encounter any difficulties, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Doctolib account
  2. Click on Name=calendar-day.png Appointments located at the bottom of your screen
  3. On the line of the appointment of your choice, click on Download
  4. If you are again asked to verify the email address:
  5. If it's an email with a link, carefully open this link in the same browser where the first actions were taken.
  6. If it's an 8-digit code, type this code in the same browser where the first actions were taken.

Additional information

  • It's important to always use the same browser and the same device. For security reasons, if you don't use the same browser and/or the same device, then verification of your e-mail address will not work. You will need to repeat the above steps to access the document;
  • Preferably use one of the following browsers on a computer with a good Internet connection:
    • Google Chrome (in private mode)
    • Microsoft Edge (in private mode)
    • Firefox (in private mode)
  • We advise against doing this on a phone or tablet.
  • Don't forget to check your SPAMS and your recycle garbage can.
