Can I call Doctolib to book or change an appointment

Doctolib is an online booking platform, which allows you as a patient to book an appointment at healthcare practitioners and facilities. Thus it´s not possible to book an appointment via phone or email to the Doctolib customer support. This does also apply to changes or cancellations of existing appointments.

Please only use the Doctolib mobile app, to book or change an appointment. You can find further information on booking an appointment here.
