How do I know, my appointment was confirmed?

Always make sure to complete your appointment booking process until you see a green confirmation message at the top of the screen.

Complete the booking process

Your appointment will only be booked successfully, once:

  • after you have selected whether the appointment should be booked for yourself or a relative
  • if you have clicked on the blue button Confirm appointment booking

 

Check your inbox and the My Appointments overview

Once you have completed the booking process for your appointment, you will receive a green confirmation message above the appointment details. The message in the green box confirms that your appointment has been booked successfully .

  • You will also receive a confirmation email with the subject Important information about your appointment..., as well as information about the appointment time (date & time)
  • Desktop/Laptop: In your Doctolib account, click on My Appointments at the top, on the left you will see an overview of all your upcoming appointments. Check whether the agreed appointment is listed here
  • Mobile App: Click Name=calendar-day.png Appointments in the navigation bar at the bottom to view your list of upcoming appointments
