You can´t find a practitioner on Doctolib or can't book an appointment due to lack of online availability. There a potential reasons that could be relevant for you.

Remark

If you are unable to book an appointment due to lack of online availability, we recommend that you:

    • Try booking again later time or contact the practice by phone to make an appointment (or to find out when future available slots will be visible online)
    • Book an appointment with another practitioner for the same visit motive/specialty

Unable to book an appointment

If you cannot find the practitioner you wish to consult using the Doctolib search parameters, this means:

  • The practitioner is not or no longer a Doctolib partner
  • The page containing this practitioner's availability calendar is not registered with their name but likely by the name of the healthcare facility
  • The practitioner is a partner but has chosen to remove their Doctolib profile page from the website (for their own reasons)

If the practitioner's calendar shows "No online availability", this means they haven't yet opened new slots for online booking.

If you cannot find any appointment slots that suit you on the practitioner's calendar, you will need to contact their practice by phone to request an appointment at your desired date and time.
