Follow the steps explained in this article if you are unable to connect to your Doctolib patient account and you want to reset your password.
I want or need to reset my password
If you want to reset your password by email, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Request the reset
- Open your Doctolib mobile app
- Tap on Login located at the bottom right of the navigation bar and tap on the blue Log-in button again
- Enter the e-mail address used for your Doctolib account and tap on Next
- Tap on Forgot your password?
- If your email address is verified, enter only the email address associated with your account then tap Reset my password
- If your email address is not verified, enter the email address and phone number associated with your account
- Tap Reset my password
Step 2 - Define new password once you´ve received an e-mail
- Click on Change your password
- If you have not verified your email address or if you open the link on a new device, you will receive a second email containing a code that you will need to enter before resetting your password
- Create a new password
- After validation of your new password, you are connected to your Doctolib patient account
For security reasons, it is necessary to validate your email address in order to be able to process and consult the documents sent by your practitioners. This is why we invite you to check it using the email sent to your inbox (Subject: "Your Doctolib account - validation of your email").
If you want to reset your password by SMS, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Request the reset
- Open your Doctolib mobile app
- Tap on Login located at the bottom right of the navigation bar and tap on the blue Log-in button again
- Enter the e-mail address used for your Doctolib account and tap on Next
- Tap on Forgot your password?
- Tap on Reset per SMS
- Enter your phone number associated with your account and your date of birth
- Tap Reset my password
Step 2 - Define new password once you´ve received an SMS
- Tap on the link in the SMS
- If you open the link on a new device, you will receive a second SMS containing a code that you will need to enter before resetting your password.
- Create a new password
- After validation of your new password, you are connected to your Doctolib patient account
