When creating your account, a phone number is required.
Once your phone number, mobile or fixed, is communicated and your registration validated, a three-digit verification code is sent on this number (by SMS or voice call). You will then need to enter this code in a dedicated field to ensure that the phone number is yours. You can then confirm your appointment.
- Log in to your Doctolib account
- Click on Account located at the bottom right corner of your screen
- Within the Login, click on Phone
- Click on Check my phone
- Enter the 3-digit verification code sent by SMS
- Click on Continue
It is possible to create a Doctolib patient account with a foreign phone number. To do so, register your phone number with your country code. You must enter "+" and the country code so that your number is noted in the required format as an international number. Please do not rate "00" instead of "+".
