Modify or maintain my personal data

You can modify the data of your Doctolib account anytime, on any device. This does apply to your personal data as well as to your contact data.

Essential information

As a patient and owner of the online account, you do have the complete control over your data. 

• You have several options to set your preferences and consent, relating the usage of your data
• You have complete control of changing your contact details, your practitioner can´t do that

Modify or complete my personal data

You can easily access the personal data of your account, to update it or add information.

Mobile device Desktop/Laptop

1. Log-In to your Doctolib mobile App as usual with your credentials
2. Tap on Account on the bottom right
3. In the section Personal Information tap on My Profile
4. Now you see a summary of your current data, to modify them tap on Edit on the top right
5. Now you can check and modify your personal data, such as:
   1. Gender
   2. First Name
   3. Last Name
   4. Birth last Name
   5. Date of Birth
   6. Place of Birth
   7. Street address
   8. Zip Code
   9. City
6. Once you did some changes, please tap on Save to confirm them

1. Log-In to your Doctolib account on your Laptop/PC with your usual credentials
2. Click on your name on the top right corner and click on  My Account
3. In the section Personal Information click on My Profile
4. Now you see a summary of your current data, to modify them click on Edit on the top right
5. Now you can check and modify your personal data, such as:
   1. Gender
   2. First Name
   3. Last Name
   4. Birth last Name
   5. Date of Birth
   6. Place of Birth
   7. Street address
   8. Zip Code
   9. City
6. Once you did some changes, please click on Save to confirm them

Modify or complete my contact data

You can access your contact data anytime in your settings, to check or modify them.

Mobile device Desktop/Laptop

1. Log-In to your Doctolib mobile App as usual with your credentials
2. Tap on Account on the bottom right
3. In the section Login you see the current information on your
   1. Phone number
   2. E-Mail address
4. Tap on the information you would like to change
5. Once you did some changes, please tap on Save to confirm them

2. Click on your name on the top right corner and click on  My Account
3. In the section Login you see the current information on your
   1. Phone number
   2. E-Mail address
4. Tap on the information you would like to change
5. Once you did some changes, please tap on Save to confirm them
